A tutor is an individual who, with in-depth knowledge of the subject matter, facilitates and helps a student gain a clear understanding of the subject matter through the student's grasping the foundation and application of the subject. Everyone can learn about any topic as long as they are willing to commit to reading, listening and practicing what it is they are interested in learning. It takes two to ensure success, student and tutor. Learning is fun and can serve all well as part of our personal and professional education goals. I am a graduate of the University of Miami, having earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with concentrations in Marketing and Business Administration. I have extensive technical, administrative and operational experience in the Information Technology/Telecom industry and have been successful in teaching in my role as adjunct faculty in higher education institutions in south Florida. In addition, I possess years of domestic and international business experience in sales, marketing and provisioning, implementation and project management. I can fluently read, write and speak English and Spanish in the conduct of my professional tasks. A key factor is my ability to simplify and communicate the subject matter to allow for and facilitate the student's grasp of the same and reinforcing learning through continuous understanding and practice of the subject. I am qualified to tutor in math, information technology, computer, telecommunications, business, and marketing courses.
